The Social Imagination's Further Corruption ~ The failure to embrace that man was created in the image of the Creator!

 Issac Newton...

It wasn't Issac Newton that caused further corruption of the social imagination. Who was it? Before answering that, let's ask..."why further corruption"? Because, the first corruption already happened with Adam and Eve. The further corruption as some in the church say and had said happened with Copernicus but it was largely when Charles Darwin put forward and advocated man's view of life on earth as a kind of disjointed and incredible un-created natural progression which was deemed evolution.

You see, the first problem with that for our social imagination is that it is untrue information. It is corrupted information which is anti Creator as in an AI computer program that would think it was self generated or had evolved from an electrical big bang. 'Darwin advocated exactly that. By having such a view, man's view of life on earth became corrupted. Living in that view, using that information as true, we cannot ever imagine let alone know what we are in the flesh or will become. That applies to all other creatures. We can only make educated guesses as to what we were but even then there are many in the Darwinian school of thought that cannot agree. Essentially, robbed or our true identity.

Because of that corruption, we fail to grasp that we were created in the image of the Creator as were all creatures. We are not nor have we ever been evolving as Darwin so mistakenly arrived at. Why? In each of us and in every living thing, there is a complexity of design that is unimaginable to the human brain. But, most imaginable to the human mind as we were created in the image of the Creator.

The fact that the human mind can even discuss what the brain is doing ... is mind boggling to say the least. The brain cannot describe the mind though the mind can describe the brain and how it works. The brain can never know why it works or the way it does regarding the mind and its social reality and meaning; including imagination.

Through bad information, there came into our imagination a corruption which has been for some time now denying man of his ability to regain his divinely created identity. Because of that, we continue reject our Creator, to embrace and accept that we were created in the Creator's image.

There was a time before Darwin when men made leaps in their imagination because of their embracing the Creator. They recognized human attributes as aspects of the Creator's, Louis Pasteur for example and Issac Newton who saw a monotheistic God as the masterful creator whose existence could not be denied in the face of the grandeur of all creation.

They saw that man was different from all other animals even though all other animals have bits of those same attributes: including logic, memory, the desire to play and even the ability to become devoted or what we could call love for someone or something. But, they made no mistake, only man is a full complete image of the Creator.

Many argue that Nicholas Copernicus turned the church on its head and he was anti-Creator. That is far from the truth. Copernicus was raised a Catholic. There is reference to or documentation that he proclaimed to be anti-Creator. One could make the better argument that he actually did the church a favor by showing that man is not the center of the universe. His Creator is, not that Copernicus called God the sun but he showed that man was and is not the creator of reality nor a totality without his Creator who comes first and should be at the center of imagination.

If we only could regain what we have lost in our true imagination of the Creator we would better appreciate all other creations as they were created (not evolving), and the earth as it too was created.

Colossians 1: 15-17 ~ The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.… as Newton understood!
